"This piece was chosen specifically to being released to coincide with the Pow Wow event in Hawaii. The actual painting represents the unity of art and the human spirit. I also wanted to use a painting that captures the spirit of the Pow Wow event, which in itself is like a “cornerstone” (a foundational stone that connects two walls) that connects artists from around the globe with one another and with walls in the community.” - Defer
